I checked the scenery,cfg and I really cannot find the Area.135

Also, I have activicate some airports. I cannot open AES in those airports too.

Please start AESHelp once more and then start the FSX again.

In which path you checked the scenery.cfg, where you don't found the entry?

In which path is you FSX installed?

Please check, if there is a Subdir AEROSOFT below the FSX Mainfolder and below that a AES subdir.

BTW: The relevant Scenery.cfg file of the FSX, which is loaded you find below: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\FSX

The Scenery.cfg below C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX is only a shadow copy of the default one.

I Install FSX in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X

There is a subdir AEROSOFT and below is a AES subdir

I checked the scenery.cfg at C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\FSX

The area.135 is as follow...

[Area.135]

Title=AES Basepack

Layer=130

Active=TRUE

Required=FALSE

Local=Aerosoft\AES

And below Aerosoft\AES you will have a SCENERY Subdir with several *.BGL Files?

If so, all is as it has to be.

Did you start the FSX with a different user then while install? Is the user Admin of the PC?

Looks more like a windows issue with rights or the UAC (User Access Control), when the FSX don't find the existing Directory.
