Support fantastic! Dave Thanks! It's a cliche but we really mean it, we do not try to sell you a product but a company. A customer that is happy comes back and that is why we will try so hard this year to be able to offer returning customers better deals by reducing the pricing for them. And support? That's simple, I rather accept a moderate product with good support than a superb product without support. When you buy the product, you buy our attention. As you seen we patch a lot, and if you look at the updates you see that most that is added/changed is what customers have asked about. On average only 20% of a update is a fix/patch, the rest is new stuff. That is why we always say that the release is only the start. x.00 is release anything up to x.10 is fixes anything up to x.20 is customer wishes anything over is closed code, only bugs are solved.
