New Hotfixes

Hi everyone, just want to draw your attentions to our new system of providing hotfixes. From Mathijs:

As we have delivered the files for boxed distribution we are now in calmer waters in regards to the follow up development of the Airbus X Extended. As you know we have not stopped development and will not do so for a while. This development is done for the A318/A319 project but most of what we do will be applicable for the Airbus X Extended.

To allow out customers to get very near the development that is going on we will start sending out hot fixes. These are quick fixes for problems that pop up or can be some new feature. There is no need to install these files, but when you face an issue that is sorted out, it will help a lot.

The hot fixes will always be for one specific issue (or closely related issues), that is mentioned in the topic. These files are NOT part of the main file set and they do not change the version number (we are now at 1.03b). They are also not fully tested (if they would be, they would be part of the main file set and there would be a new version number), so use them at your own risk and always backup the files it replaces. Normally at the end of every month al hot fixes will be bundled into a new full version and a new update.

The files will be attached to the forum posts in standard zip format. Unzip them to your FSX directory overwriting the existing files. They will be the same for the download and boxed version and usable in FSX and P3D. For now we can only send out these fixes in this English section.

You will be able to find these hotfixes here in our dedicated Hotfixes and Updates section: http://forum.aerosof...tfixes-updates/

There are two there that were just added today, so if you would like, and if they apply to you, and/or you want them, please download and install them. These will continue, so you should check that forum regularly, as we may not be able to announce every single one as they come out.
