Deputy Sheriffs Herman 1591 Posted January 9, 2013 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted January 9, 2013 This question comes up often enough that it seems time for posting the instructions as a pinned topic. Thanks to Maria Plet for the original information: Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Zero G Registry" (note: Folder is hidden, so make sure Windows Explorer shows hidden files)Make a backup of the file ".com.zerog.registry.xml" (just in case )Open ".com.zerog.registry.xml" in notepad (or any other text editor)If all products and components listed in this file refer to NavDataPro, you can delete the file.If you have other products and components in the file which are not related to NavDataPro, remove the NavDataPro product and the 2 components in the file.Try to install again
KyleD 1027
This post was most helpful with my (sadly needed) reinstall this weekend. Thanks for that!
