Hi there!

I have the same problem like "Iamnice3fy":

Installed the Hotfix this afternoon and tried to fly LEBL-LEMD. At the moment I selected a SID in MCDU (normal mode inside FSX, not via Webserver), FSX crashed without any fault report. ("Programm deteced a misfunction and needs to be closed"...)

I tried to do this flight a second time: Again FSX crashed immediately afer selecting the SID ("SENIA3Q").

Then I started another flight, this time EBBR-EDDH. This time I only entered my departure-runway into the MCDU -> NO crash!

After that I tried to add the SID ("ELSIK2C") -> voila, FSX crashes the third time... -.-

Before the Hotfix I had no problems at all! :(

Hope this can get fixed somehow...

That is very strange as we had over a 1000 downloads of the hotfix and as far as I can see no reports like yours that the issues started after the hot fix. |

For now I suggest you go back to the previous version because it is nearly impossible to find out what is special on your machine.

Hi Aerosoft team,

First of all I want thank you for this wonderfull aircraft ! My opinion this was really what we needed ! :excellenttext_s:

But unfortunately I have a problem when trying to use MCDU webserver. (all the rest is working fine)

Every time when FSX is running I start the webserver, and this works all fine! But as soon as I want to insert data or select another tabpage FSX crashes and then closes.

See under mentioned error which I receive from FSX, does this sounds familiar for you?

Hope you can help me??

Did some further troubleshooting:

Positioned at EFHK and tried several runway/SID-configuarations -> NO crash!

Went again to EBBR and selected Runway25R + ELSIK2C -> FSX crashes...

Next I tried LEMD and 14L+PINAR2AU -> NO crash!

Back to LEBL (after FS restart), this time 25L, but with a different SID as before -> FSX crashes again... :eyepop_s:

Maybe some system Info will help?!:

Win7 - 64bit

FSX with SP2

2,66GHz Quad Core

4 GB DDR3 - RAM

1024MB ATI Radeon HD Graphics with latest Drivers

Very strange... Before installing the Hotfix I did 3 sucessful flights, but not from one of the Airports mentioned above.

Is there a way to "uninstall" the Hotfix or do I need to reinstall the complete Aircraft?

I have tested CRO flight route and same thing happen to him happened to me.Pressing the runway 30 and choose the waypoint CRASH

Mathijs if u mind try at Departure airport: LDDU (Dubrovnik)

Runway 30

SID: MOKUN

See whether it crashes.For me and him crashing at the same place.It should be the patch causing it.As be4 patch my FBE loads well.I will do a full installation and try this route agin with V1.00 and update the hotfix in SAFEMODE And report back around afternoon tmr :)

Now here is mid night 1am UTC/GMT +8 hours so ya.

I'm facing crash issues as well randomly during certain flights. In addition to this the jet will sometimes cause FSX to freeze up in the middle of the flight. As for the error I am receiving for when it crashes it is the same as what most everyone else has encountered.

Hi. Your crash logs indicate that FlightSim Commander is the source of the problem and not Airbus X Extended.

I also note that you are using version 9.2.0.0 of FSC. The current version of FSC is v.9.2.1.

I would suggest that you upgrade FSC and see if the problem still occurs.

CTD involving MSVCR80.dll is solved for me. Yesterday I tried 3 flights, with same route(RCSS-RCBS), but all crash shortly after takeoff. Today, I saw people changing "HTML_Interface=1" to "HTML_Interface=0" in FMGS.ini. I changed that and it works for me. I took the aircraft from the same airport and same route, and there was no CTD. Then I completed another 3 flights, with no single crash.

However, I found another strange thing(but I have no idea whether this might be associated with CTDs or not). I selected "cold and dark" state when the aircraft loaded up. During cockpit preparation, I set initial altitude in FCU. I found that before I pushed altitude knob, PFD shows "ALT" and "CLB". After I pushed that knob, PFD reads "CLB" ONLY. That is strange. This is normal or a bug?

Another possible cause of is FSdreamteam's plug-in. I opened FSX.cfg today, and cleared [Trusted] section. Then when starting FSX, I only permitted plug-ins I need. There are 2 from FSdremteam and I think those "might" cause a conflict.

Did you crash when selecting SIDS at WMKK? Can you try please? WMKK> RWY 14R > anything waypoint See whether u has crash.Please?

That's quite strange. I can select SIDs for WMKK 14R without any problem. I have hotfix installed.

A new install will not help a lot because we check all files after they have been installed.

The message indicates msvcr80 could be corrupt or incorrect. It's a module that is often is handled wrong by people who make installers. Try this guide:

I think I'm getting crazy... :mallet_s:

New Installation of AXE, no Hotfix, SAME PROBLEM...

Installed Hotfix, but this time used NavDataPro instead of Navigraph during my tests:

LEBL, NO crash

EBBR, FSX crashes (even with NavDataPro)

I don't know any further... :mecry_s:
