FADEC Keyboard control Lua script

Hi there guys, I made a simple script to be able to control the Airbus X Extended FADEC / throttle controls with the keyboard. Inside the zip file you will find both the script and the README file that explains how to install it and what it does.

It requires FSUIPC.

Now I need the rudder to work (using keyboard). I use 0/Ins and Enter keys on the keypad. How can I fix this?

I will take a look... but I would think these keys are mapped to custom views in the aircraft.cfg file. I'll do some tests later and get back to you.

Worked for me too. Great work! If the rudder work with keyboard it will be great. And is there any possibility to use mouse roll instead of F2, F3 buttons using your script?

Hi Sergey, thank you. I'm not sure using the mouse scroll button can be used in FSUIPC... I'll take a look.

Hi nzeddy, I have updated the FADEC script and added a new one that enables you to control the rudder with the keyboard. Check out this link:

For all of you who downloaded the original version, I recommend you update the FADEC script with the new one, due to an improvement in the way the reverse thrust is set.
