ebksb123 99
I just wanted to render a FSX-video in Sony Vegas, but there always comes a message telling me I have not enough memory and recommends to shut down other applications running. Although Vegas usually needs nearly all my computers resources, I have never had this problem. Of course, I did shut down every application and I also deleted all the auto-update tasks and turned my anti-virus off, but it didn't help. System Specs: Win7 HP 64bit, i7 2600k, GTX560ti, 8GM RAM. So should I buy another 4GB kit? Does anyone know what helps? Thanks in advance for your help!

Matt_Smith 1116
You will probably have more luck asking on forums more specific to the use of something like sony vegas seeing as its such a specialist bit of software.
ebksb123 99
I just thought that there are so many guys making FSX videos, at least ONE must have experienced the same problem. But yeah, it makes more sense to look somewhere else for a solution.

ebksb123 99
Could it be your disk does not have enough room for the buffers? Sorry, what are buffers? Do you mean the space on my hard drive? But thanks for your answer!
Matt_Smith 1116
see this for what a disk buffer is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disk_buffer Basically you are trying to read and or write too much data for your had disk to handle.
ebksb123 99
Aaah, I understand. Well, when I bought the computer, I saved some money on the disk, so this could really be the problem. I also just noticed that a different video format works. When I choose .wmv 1080p, it fails, but when I choose .mp4 1080p, it works. Looks like .wmv is difficult to handle...
