I don't understand why the PFPX forum has finally been closed. I thought these were community forums where users also support users. Mr. Kok has now preferred to close the forum entirely. After all, Aerosoft advertised the product highly and sold it to its loyal customers. Mr. Cooke voluntarily provided support, so to speak, and did so until Wednesday of this week. In addition, he provides the current RAD restrictions in the download area. I purchased the product from Aerosoft. Thank you for the support Mr. Cooke so far!

I think the reason is quite simple: Flightsimsoft was always responsible for supporting this product. In fact for the last 2-3 years, there came zero support from their side. Although they are still selling this product via their unsecure website, they are not showing any interest in further developing or doing a minimum of maintenance. This was the reason why Aerosoft took it off from the shop. And it was a concession from Aerosoft to leave the froum open.

But now questions came up regarding the support for NavdataPro. But instead delivering the necessary files to Aerosoft, Flightsimsoft ignored everything and only maintened another product. So now tell me why should Aerosoft keeping open a forum to support a product while the dev has zero interest in cooperation with Aerosoft? And remember the Aerosoft Forum is not a public forum, it is a company forum. But I'm sure Flightsimsoft will offer you an alternative, in case they are interested in you as a customer.

And yes, thanks a lot to Stephen Cooke for doing what should have been done by Flightsimsoft.

I have spoken and thanked Stephen myself, what he did was beyond what anybody could expect.

I made the forum read-only because without backup from the developers we simply have to withdraw fully from the project. Just think about what would happen if a Windows update makes it crash, our forum would become a sorrow pit that would make us look very bad, even though we are unable to do anything. It is time to say goodbye. If Stephen feels the need to keep offering his expertise I I am sure he will find a place where to do so, our company forum is no longer the correct location.

The way this fantastic product 'whimpers' out is painful, the last thing we would have liked. It is just not in our control.

Dear leadership team,

Is Aerosoft the right place to host accounts that offer pornographic content? This is of course only a rhetorical question. But one might still come to the conclusion that this forum is the right place for it. Because I reported such a porn account to the moderators using the green help button a month ago and the answer was that my report would be forwarded to those responsible. Furthermore, considering the fact that this porn account is still active, one could come to the conclusion (only purely rhetorically, of course) that nobody at Aerosoft is responsible for it.

Perhaps this impropriety will now become the focus of those responsible at Aerosoft, since it was not done via non-public reporting. Quod erat demonstrandum.

I read your PM, but I am very sorry. I unfortunately do not have the time to do the job of the people responsible or the forum algorithm. I think I more than fulfilled my responsibility and duty as a forum user with my report. But I am sure that if you look in your help inbox you will find my report with all the information you need. I had sent it pretty much a month ago. Recognizing that it is a porn account would be child's play even for an intelligently programmed algorithm, simply by checking the URL noted in the account's contact methods. At least that's what I did a month ago and immediately came across the naked truth. Luckily I'm not American, otherwise I probably would have been so shocked by this immoral experience that I should have made an appointment with a psychiatrist immediately. 😉

Thanks for your attention.

Sorry, just wanted to offer a solution, but as I'm not Aerosoft staff, I have no access to the internal system. So you have to wait till somebody reponds earliest on Monday.

I am responsible for that but I am unable to find any report from around a month back

If you tell me where to find any porn on our forums I will, of course, remove it.

Don't worry, I personally have no problem with it. It's more Aerosoft's problem in my opinion.

It was someone of your staff named Jonas who responded to my report. But to make things easier for you:

Just check the noted website URL.

Okay, so we went from our forums hosting porn to a link in a user's profile.  Not quite the same, and we tend not to check what a user wants to show there. Having a link there to a porn site does not violate our rules.  So as long as there is no porn on our forum, I will close this issue.

OK no problem. I just don't know the subtleties of your forum philosophy. In this case everything is fine and I apologize for waking up sleeping dogs. And besides, the profile picture does indeed show pretty eyes (and even four of them).

Hello Aerosoft, What about the a330 project? How is it going? no one talks about since you closed its big forum. I know you have dedicated a page for posting any new update about the a330 every week and some weeks you don't. Are we near to the release date? or it will be available in 2024?
