iemc2 0 Posted September 7, 2012 Share Posted September 7, 2012 Hello. Long time Aerosoft flyer... I am having an issue with my FS9 scenery.cfg file. I have most Aerosoft sceneries for FS9 but for three: Nice, Lissabon and Mallorca I cannot get my scenery.cfg to stop showing duplicates. Here's how they are listed. Any idea how to fix? I tried removing them but the cfg file just puts them right back... These three airports don't show up in FS9. I've searched my system (Win7) and the only scenery.cfg file I can find is in my root FS9 folder. I just tried deleting the duplicative listings in the cfg file. The first time I then run FS9, all is good. When I shutdown FS9 and look at the scenery.cfg file, the duplicate airports are gone. The second time I run FS9, the scenery.cfg file adds back the duplicate airports again. Something seems to be causing this...heck if I know what?! JohnT 1 Posted September 13, 2012 Share Posted September 13, 2012 Hi, May I suggest as an alternative to manually editing your .cfg. Go to Sourceforge.net and search for SceneryConfig Editor V1.1.1, (there may be a later version but this is the version I have). Once set-up (FS9 &/or FSX) run the program and it will highlight problems for your attention, amongst it 's other attributes.
