But when it comes to the DME, where do I find that number on the chart? Sorry if I sound stupid, but I'm not used to having to add that on any other heavy I have. First off, there may not even be a DME associated with the ILS. It's not one of the five required elements. If there is a DME source, it's usually indicated in the freqeuncy box (ILS DME instead of ILS) or a "D" appearing alone in the box or lozenge for the facility.
