wingnut 60
Hello Matt; Thanks,I missed that one,Prepar 3D is so much nicer to use, have not had any problems yet. Mark
Matt_Smith 1116
Mark it all depends how you set it up. What you really have to remember is the sliders dont really resemble fsx's sliders. The so further. So whacking everything to the right will ask much more of your system. Like telling it to load 4096*4096 textures. The water settings are considerably differnet too. I can run at a lower fps with higher settings en joying smother flight than FSX. Thats alow level high speed in teh aerosoft F16 too lol.
wingnut 60
Hello; I try to find a happy medium with the settings, how much do I adjust them, after trial, and error over the years with Fsx. Mark
Matt_Smith 1116
Mark P3D runs a lot smoother than FSX does. Personally I aim for 25 FPS just adjust the sliders to get the best quality and smooth flight at 25 FPS. The water takes a little more messing around with now though.
