AES Repaints At Download Area - Tags To Be Forced - Request

Dear AEROSOFT,

can you please force the up-loaders to use the "tags" at their uploads.

Many files, they are not having "tags" like "FS2004" and or "FSX" and the included readme make no clear for which flight simulator version the files work 100%.

It is a policy (see repaintkit manual), that the uploaded Texturesets MUST be compatible for both FS Versions.

Based on the limit of the FS, all Textures working in FS9 will be usable in FSX too, but

texture (DXT5,DDS >1024) designed for FSX only, could not be used in FS9.

Every ZIP must include the textures in a FS9 and FSX compatible format. (Wenn FSX Only textures are included as an option, that's ok)

When you find a set only including FSX Compatible Set, please inform me about that.

You are right, but not every member which downloading the AES repaints know about it, the painters know it for sure, is it correct?

It will be very useful for down-loaders to be able to see the flight simulator version instead.
