Registration Issue After Installation and trying to launch game.

I just purchased CBS 2010 Gold Edition yesterday 4-24-2012 and successfully installed it. When I try to launch the game and it tries to register, I get the following message:

" This program requires a online registration. You will need a active connection to the Internet, select OK to enter it. After entering a valid key, you will not be prompted again."

When I click ok I get the error message indicated in the attachments and can't register the game to play.

Have you tried disabling your firewall to see if its preventing it from getting out.
