i have innstaled my xplane 10 all 8 cd ,then when i open it i get this ( will init net) ,and then it freeze,some ideas

X-Plane with only 8 DVDs means not the Aerosoft version...

"Will init net" and freeze looks like a firewall issue. Do you have an internet connection configured and working fine on this computer ?

Yes my computer is ok,innternett works,i tryed to unninstall it and then innstall again,but no the same happens.

If it is still installed try updating it with this link.

Run the update with beta box checked. Just follow the instructions and everything should run its course. When it is finished it will display 'Play or Start X-Plane now' Just hit the button. If it does not go through the process there is something blocking your internet connection.
