rsgunner 1
The Fuerza Aérea Colombiana textures I am doing has a stripe on the propeller hub. I have added it to the appropriate texture on the left tail boom. The issue is the hub doesn't spin enough to blur it out when the prop is turning. Is there a way to overcome that issue? Setting in the aircraft cfg file? Russ
Finn 873
The propeller animation is fully custom coded - so no way to change that. Finn
rsgunner 1
Thanks for the information. I suspected that. Russ
Finn 873
Anyway... Regardless of custom code or not - changing stuff in the Aircraft.cfg just to get some graphical things to work WILL wreck the flightmodel. Finn
rsgunner 1
I was really looking at an animation issue and not changing any FDE references. Russ
ddeuce 14
I was really looking at an animation issue and not changing any FDE references. Russ Gunner, you can change the underpin art to modify prop animation (alpha) I do this all the time get MW Graphics software, and modify the alpha directly, I use MWG due to simplicity of use click to open alpha....repaint... darker.... lighter.... save, reload, and fly it to test it. careful not to try to open the animator with anything other than 256bit, and save as same..
