bradley27 26
Hi all, I want to learn how to edit the cfg that my door sections run from. I am using the fantastic Overland/SMS 777 series, The main passenger front door always works with the simple "Shift & E" combination but the rear stair door and 3 catering doors on the starboard side. Can i edit and fix this in the cfg? In relation to this i also use the Overland/SMS A32X series and there is a small flightdeck interface that allows you to open doors at the click of a button, annoying in some cases certain sections e.g cargo doors, rear stair door & catering doors...and this also be edited so the the interface is improved at opening sections of the plane for AES realism? The Airbus series door interface on the panel All doors open Obviously there is only one jetway at this gate in Seattle but my concern is the rear stairdoor Opposite side, no catering doors open The Boeing 777 Series has no door interface built in so i have to enter actions manually, i can only open the main passenger gate door The catering doors all closed Any help as to how to program/edit the setup would be great!? psolk 80
That has nothing to do with AES, it is individually coded into the different AC models. Unless you have access to the source code and are familiar with modeling to my knowledge there is nothing you can do. Best thing would be to post in the individual AC developers forums though as AES has nothing to do with this... -Paul

psolk 80
Unfortunately,as I mentioned, there are certain things hard coded into a model or gauge that without source or the ability to decompile/modify/recompile it is impossible. Sorry, -Paul
