Developer OPabst 2091 Posted February 14, 2012 Developer Share Posted February 14, 2012 At which airport and which Gate is it? Maybe the Position was not correct in the afcad, so I must correct this.
Von Rondstadd 14
UK2000 Belfast airport! Gate 22 I downloaded an afcad update from the site, it's better but still not correct! Robert
Bruce Hamilton 97
All of the gates within Belfast are classified as small, the NGX probably requires a medium.
Von Rondstadd 14
Thanks, that could be! But you should think that doesn't matter because the front wheel should always be on the line! Maybe it's wrong to think that! I hope Oliver can give that answer????
wingnut 60
Hello; Do you have any add-ons,like My Traffic X,you might try renaming the bgl for the airport, see if that corrects the problem. Mark

Bruce Hamilton 97
But you should think that doesn't matter because the front wheel should always be on the line! Maybe it's wrong to think that! Have you tried something with a smaller wingspan, like the default 737 or the CRJ? If they line up correctly, the NGX is too large. Von Rondstadd 14
Hello Bruce, I have tried with a CRJ and it's the same, a bit off the line like the PMDG 737 NGX !! Also ordered to stop a bit to far, not ordered to stop before the end of the line but over the point from the end of the line! In FSX it say's gate 22 heavy ( that's not right is it ?) Maybe it say's that after I updated the afcad file I din't know! The distange from the frontwheel to the line has become less after the other afcad file but it is still a little bit off !! Found a picture of a 757 stading at 22 so I think a 737-800 would be no problem to !! http://upload.wikime...80px-029_29.JPG
hero93 27
This has nothing to do with the wingspan nor your aircraft. It is simply the parking position wich isn't set 100% perfect. If this really bothers you, download ADE or AFX and correct the position or continue searching for a better AFCAD...
Developer OPabst 2091 Posted February 17, 2012 Developer Share Posted February 17, 2012 Please try the follwing fix: Unzip the attached file to the <FSX>\Aerosoft\AES\DATA Folder, Start and stop AESHelp once Restart FSX and check the position again. File is only working with AES 2.21 and will be included in future updates.
