Ahhh, thanks, nice to see her in the new livery. :), yeah, that one would defintely be a good choice for the Twotter extended.

Here is another pic of J8-VBQ in the new livery:

,will ask the company for more photos of J8-VBQ in the current livery.

Yeah, SVG AIR will make some new photos of J8-VBQ and J8-GAA and send them to me in the next few days... mission successfull :D

Yaaaaaaay!! Grenadine Airways is gonna get some Aerosoft love. Hey Daniel, I've got some more pics in my personal collection that are a little more detailed of those twotters. Unfortunately, I do not know how to upload them for viewing here on this forum or how to send them to you via PM. Could you let me know how I can, that is if you know. There are some little details on those birds, like their personal names on the noses, that I think should be there in the repaints. Let me know.

Cheers.

Man, I am DYING for this release! And thanks for the airstairs-- commuter airline nirvana!!!!

Quick question for Mathijs: Will the release of the short-nosed -100 be in a later add-on package?

Thanks,

Kent

Yes, but let's not call it an Add-on package, we just add more versions for the boxed release and of course those will be free of charge for the download customers. It's just that we do not want the versions we now have almost completed rusting on the tarmac while we make the rest.

The seats are being installed these days.

If it is ok with you Mathijs, I'll take the Otter without seats. Passengers complain too much, for instance; is the right engine supposed to be on fire? Are we really supposed to be upside down? Are you sure we can mke it that far without refueling? Stuff like that. Lol.

Mathijs,

I'm with you, don't want the release of this new Otter held up; the sooner the better. :) And it is like Christmas knowing there are more goodies coming later.

Jerry

Yeah, Mathijs -- what HondaJet says!!!! Git 'er done, please!!!!! The Twotter Extended is GORGEOUS!!!!

Hey guys. Does anyone know why I can't attach a picture to my post to be viewed here? It's not a copyrighted picture or anything of that sort. I took it myself and it shows some little differences between the SVG Air/Grenadine Airways Twotters posted above and the way they are currently. Thanks for any help.

Cheers.

Please describe how you are doing it, by clicking on the 'image' icon and then putting in the URL?

Note that when the URL is not publicly visible (to everyone on the internet) it will not show a picture.

Hey Eric,

URL refers to an internet address, right? I want to show a picture from my own personal collection. It's not anywhere on the internet. It was taken by me and is on my hard drive. I click the "image" icon and the URL window comes up. I put the path to the image on my computer into the URL box and I get nada. I've tried other forums and I can upload pics no sweat. I get an option to find the picture on my hard drive, select it then click upload. Done. I don't know, maybe any picture up load privileges I had, have been revoked? You know what? Forget it, Eric. Thanks for the help. It was much appreciated. You guys keep up the good work.

Cheers.

No problem to upload a picture:

click on "Use Full Editor" to the right corner off "Add reply" then in the new window scroll down and click on "click to attach files" select the picture on your computer and that's it. ;)

You have to distinguish between giving an URL and uploading from your PC to the site.

URL's need to be public (on the internet), but if you you want to show a picture from your PC you have to upload it first to this site in you personal space. Different methods!.

[Edit] ... and Otto beat me to it (again)

Hey Folks,

Here are some of the paints that I have been working on. Once we have a short nose model and the various variants, wheel ski, ski and amphibious float, etc... I will update some of these models and add a short nose ONMR and RCAF SAR machine. Hope everybody enjoys.

Peter

C-FASS and C-GNDO are two Twin Otters that I used to work on at Bradley Air Services/ First Air back in the 80s and 90s. The company has since stopped flying Twin Otters, but they used to have a quite the presence in the Arctic and Antarctic.

I have completed one Twin Otter flown by the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources.

The final Twin Otter was operated by the now defunct Air Jamaica Express.

I hope you like the the TrackIR, in my opinion one of the most important add-ons to have for flight-sims.

Chomping at the bit here-- was hoping for this weekend....an earlier poster is right---there is a LOT to explore with this airplane....

Cooling my jets...but keeping my credit card ready!
