Worked my way through the checklist (from memory and the try-it-and-see method),taxied down the ramp, out to the runway and took off - barely. Couldn't gain altitude then lost power. Looking at the Replay I realised I had a fire in Number 1 engine before I even started to move and didn't realise! Next time, I'll follow the checklist properly! Anyone got a spare Pratt and Whitney?
