patleleu 0
Deputy Sheriffs mopperle 4162 Posted January 1, 2012 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted January 1, 2012 runs perfect on my PCs with win7 64 bit. Try to turn off UAC (user account control). Also works perfect on my 2nd PC (win7 64 bit) connect via FSUIPC and WideFS to FSX,
rat 0
It does work in Win7 both versions, been using it for years. Yes, the power button switches it Off... To get the calculator work in Win 7, switch off UAC, then run the calculator once. After this UAC can be switched on again and the calculator will still work. ... but perhaps it was just the reboot which fixed the problem Roland I do think it was a reboot that got it to work for me as well. I turned on my PC this morning and it now works. I have UAC turned off permanently, so that wasn't the issue for me. Thanks guys for the help

Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted January 2, 2012 Aerosoft Share Posted January 2, 2012 I'll add my vote of thanks too ... let's hope Aerosoft weathers the EU economic gloom! Thanks for all the kind words. And don't worry about Aerosoft, while we have to adapt to a changing market we are simply doing very well.

Blitz44 0
There is a little inaccuracy in length calculations; 1 nm equals 1852 m, not 1853,22. But then ... :-)

sf4JC 1
Question to follow. The following is from the original gift (Read Second) thread... "...A license for FSUIPC is included in the product so you will not have to buy a separate license for FSUIPC. Please note that FSUIPC is NOT installed with this product..." So My Question is, Do I need to manually register FSUIPC and FSUIPC4 sometime, somehow? Because they still say they are unregistered, and I'd like to get the most out of this product (Flight Calculator) if at all possible. Or am I already getting the most out of it with unregistered versions of FSUIPC and FSUIPC4? I'm confused. Scott
Shaun Fletcher 570
Hello Scott, Your FSUIPC will still be unregistered if you have not purchased a license from the FSUIPC developer, all it means is that Aerosoft have paid for a special key that allows it to use certain parts that would otherwise need you to have purchased a license. A lot of companies do this if they need to get data transfer between there product and the Flight Simulator in question via FSUIPC.
