F4PhantomRAAF 1 Posted December 13, 2011 Share Posted December 13, 2011 Would there be much difference in upgrading the 8800GS card I have to the GT 430? The GS has only 376MB whereas the GT has 1GB. Any comments would be appreciated. Like, "upgrade" means I would get a big difference in perfromance. "Maybe" means maybe just a couple of FPS difference. Would using the 3GB patch (for XP 32 bit) and installing another 2GB into my system help? I don't want to mess with a system that performs just fine, but obviously I would never use the PMDG NGX on this system. The PMDG 747X I might be able to if I upgraded the parts..... Just wondering.
