himmelhorse 0 Posted October 25, 2011 Share Posted October 25, 2011 Hello everyone, I am a newbie. Just downloaded my PFE 2.14 (can't get any newer than that LOL) My first problem... Install installation procedures request email address and serial number. My email address I know. The serial is a very long mixture of everything which I copied from the confirmation email of the order. This was pasted into the serial section and was promptly rejected. Any ideas??? "help" as a headline isn't very helpfull 2. the "General Forum" isn't a support forum as you can read "General talk on Aerosoft and Products (no support) " 3. In your case, it is strongly recommended that you contact Aerosoft directly at support@aerosoft.com including your purchasing details (don't post them here!)!
