Sehr gute Idee, diese Umfrage! Bisher laufen alle Aerosoft-Addons wunderbar und sehen genial aus. Am Besten gefällt mir momentan die Katana, die ist einfach nur hervorragend umgesetzt!

I think this poll was a great idea and really shows you know your customers and try to know them even better.

No mean to rub your sleeve as we say in french mat...but really I like the way the company deals with customers.

Hands and fingers up.

You must have invested some serious money in that. I think there are so few people that can do that it did not seem worth the category.

Hi Mathijs,

I am also using only SSD for SFX and Harddrive for Windows and Backup. 've spend less than1100 Euro for High End PC, only GPU is not high end. Build my own PC by componets bought in onlinestores. Do it yourselve - save money!

Interesting questions, all the money I had invested what was on this computer:

Core i7 2.8 Gb

4Gb RAM DDR3

Nvidia Gforce 9600 GT

1 Tb HD

Windows 7 64 Bits

It would have wished for a better video card, for example I want at least a GTX480 but that does not exist in my country (Bolivia) :mecry_s:. I use FSX (VFR and IFR) and FS2004 (IFR) but I want to work in a temporal job for buy in USA a new video card. The perfomance is good in my computer but I want to improve because I want use some complex airplanes with beautiful sceneries.

Regards

Walter

I m sorry for my English

Hi,

just voted.

So far it looks like the voters are all using the recommended specs: Fast processor (best overclocked), enough memory, around a high end graphics card, and the people with extra cash use a SSD, the most a standard HD. Very interesting.

Interesting would be the fact how many users use a TrackIr or similar system. And the joystick/cockpit question would be interesting to know.

Also the fact that after how many years (5?) the hardware now seems ready for FSX!

I wonder what the technology change for MicrosoftFlight! will bring. Hopefully it will run totally smooth with today's hardware.

Have a good day,

Andreas

This is my custom built Pc:

Enermax Revolution 800W

Asus P6TDeluxe V2

Intel I7 950

12 GB Corsair triple channel @ 1600

2x Nvidia 480GTX Sli

1 Intel SSD for OS

1 dedicated Raid 0 for Fs 9

1 dedicated Raid 0 for storage.

Perhaps, some will say that this rig can easily run fsx, but i dont need it, i love my fs9 just the way it is with all the addons.

I wish Aerosoft could add the A318 and A321 to their wonderful Commuter Airlines 2004 :)

Hi, I write the odd comment, I apologize to my right is not English very well. However, Ihope everything is reasonably understood.

I'm the guy who runs only new hardware if it is either broken or outdated too strong buys.I have a 2 core processor of 2.2 Ghz and about 4 Gb of RAM. An ATI HD graphics card and I must say in my FSX leuft for example very stable. So I will not replace my hardwareor replace. As long as everything can be represented still works perfectly and I see noneed for it. Ok now you could say I would have to forego some with new hardware, but I think that's true in any case. In my tires should (hardware) is not worn out yet, I can alsouse them properly. On the other hand, a renewal can also be positive. Therefore, I cannot say exactly when is a new acquisition. However, I observe the market and wait on a good price / performance ratio. Because the technology is cheaper and morevortschreitet, compared to the past, see what the future brings times of flight simulators.3d addons or possibly more realistic and feigned hardware.

I hope it is somewhat understandable how I portray my side view.

with regards,

Stephan

I actually use a Mid-2010 Apple 27" iMac (with a i5 quad, 12GB RAM, 1TB normal HD storage). I installed Windows 7 64bit using Bootcamp and although performance is not that great, overall FSX runs fine. I am thinking of buying a special gaming PC some time in the future, although I'm not at all sure when that will be.

Hi Aerosoft team,

Congrats and thanks for this pole.

I'm running FS9 all maxed out with GE Pro + FE + ASE on quite an oldy but goldy hardware (P4 3 GHz + 4 Ghz RAM (3Gig-patch) + 512 Mb nVidia 9800GT) and this just works fine with most of my numerous A/C and scenery addons (Aerosoft products have the lead, by the way). Frame rate sometimes drops to 10-12 fps on short final, but can live with it, still.

I take this opportunity to tell you guys, again, your products AND service are excellent. Keep up the pace!

Best regards,

Franck

My loose idea ive had for some time is that developers should look to design a whole flight expirience. What i mean is, take a real life aviation situation and design both the scenery and the aircraft to compliment it.

Aerosoft is well placed to do this as you design both scenery and aircraft.

Some examples,

A fokker 50 to go with Iceland X

A dash 8-100 and some Norway scenery like Iceland X (Wiedero)

Saab 340 and Scotland (Loganair) (There is some good scottish island scenery avaliable).

A BN2 Islander (oops someone did one :)) and German airfields/Helgoland (I think Aerosoft missed a trick on this one and should of done the BN2 islander themselves!) :)

Im sure there are many more!

This type of thing is good for Joe Thesimmer that doesnt have alot of time to sim. You dont need to think "where shall i fly to?" and the flights are fairly short,

Just a thought.
