I guess the other thing he has will be a low life expectancy - given the limited predictability of air flow and turbulence at such a ridge. I think I prefer cowardice for myself (or wisdom as some people call it). :glare_s:

This guy knew what he did and he did it to surprise, entertain and perhaps even shock people. Watching the movie it looks as if there was plenty of safety-margin built in. Watch the approach to the "canyon"... - you can see that he did not spread his "wings" to generate more lift but kept them folded upwards to increase his descent rate. Also earlier you can also see that he dives pretty much headfirst instead of using the lift of his bat-suit.

Pretty good flying though... - I wouldn't try it simply because I know that I am not good enough for this. This is for the pros or the insane... - and I am neither... :-)
