skwal 9 Posted August 1, 2011 Share Posted August 1, 2011 I have inserted in my email and than pasted the serial number that I have recieved. But for some reason serial number looks weird with "/" and "+" symbols so when ever i insert it It keeps giving me an error that my email or serial # are wrong. Any ideas? Rafal Haczek 1612 Posted August 1, 2011 Share Posted August 1, 2011 Please log in at the main Aerosoft site, go to the User Center, open your order, copy the serial and paste to make sure everything is fine.
