pennkiwi 7
Hi Shaun I am enjoying LFMN Nice very much - looks great, very immersive and great FPS! And it will get even better when the new version of AES is released... I have just one problem. The ILS localizer for 4R is offset about 15 degrees to the right of the centerline. Is this an error or the way it is in real life? I looked through the documentation but didn't find anything about it. I can provide a screenshot if you need it Cheers Ian
Developer OPabst 2091 Posted June 24, 2011 Developer Share Posted June 24, 2011 That is no bug, so it is in Nice, check the Charts.
trisager 16
Not sure about the Aerosoft scenery, but in the real world the localizer is offset 2 degrees for 04R. The final approach course is 42 degrees, while the runway heading is 44 degrees. By the way, 04L is the runway normally used for landings at Nice. 04R is used for takeoffs. ILS Antenna is placed left of the runway (red/White Box) and has a 42 degrees direction.

It's an awesome scenery - looking forward to when you can add AES to it... Have a great weekend Ian
