MatzeH84 88
A nice VFR flight from Texel via Lelystad to Weeze/Niederrhein.. Ready for boarding.. Waiting for the engine to warm up before we commence taxi Takeoff runway 04 at EHTX Following the published departure.. leaving the island Passing Den Oever and the western end of the Afsluitdijk Reaching Medemblik After crossing the Markermeer we come in for a snack stop at Lelystad Leaving the runway.. ..to park at the apron. After some coke and cake we taxi out again Approaching the holdingpoint for Mag check Nice view over the Aviodrome on our initial climb Already entered the CTR of Weeze/Niederrhein, turning to downwind.. As the only taxiways are at the beginning and the end of the runway, we perform a looooong landing Taxiing to the GAT Turn into our parking position Aircraft secured.. leaving the airport. Hope you like it.
Emi 5161
Super pictures. My favorite is the last one, but in the end all are great .
Lennart 0
Great shots! I have flown Lelystad-Weeze and back in a DA-20 (stichting Katana flyers) for real a few years ago as a passenger. How wonderful it is to be able to re-create that flight again! If I only had the money for my PPL and a share in the DA-20 ownership for real... . But close enough to practice while saving up money. Sascha 15
Nice shots! Thank you for sharing. But I have a stupid question: What scenery for Netherlands is this? NL2000? If so, I should think about to get this stuff. Looks great.
MatzeH84 88
NL2000, indeed. Great scenery, PLUS many many highly detailed airports.
