stopitmo 15
Guest MyEmpire
Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted March 22, 2011 Aerosoft Share Posted March 22, 2011 We used the standard FSX effect on the Airbus X, I'll see if we can tone it down a bit.
stopitmo 15
That would be very nice. Thank you! But I'm now on all aircraft. If one looks at videos on youtube, you see the difference! Thanks anyway for your trouble Greetings, Momo

If one looks at videos on youtube, you see the difference! Thanks anyway for your trouble Greetings, Momo Yes but Momo, the amount of smoke depends a many factors. Of course first of all the touch down speed (both vertical as horizontal, just check the difference between landings on Quito and Schiphol with the same aircraft). It also depends a lot on the tires, new tires make LOADS more smoke on the first few landings. Temperatures also matter a lot, the colder the more smoke. Those are all variables we just can not use, so you will always find a video that shows what we do not have, And that's all before we even start to look at the crummy, buggy and badly documented effects engine in FSX!
