Registration of installed software

Hi,

I am having problems getting updates for installed scenery.

This is due to the of fact that the installed scenery does not appear in the drop down list of products for which support is required.

For instance LFPO, I have it installed but have been unable to upgrade since it first appeared, same goes for my latest addition EDDS.

Hello;

Have you tried going to the Support Database page,there you can check for updates,and it also lists the products you have purchased,and if it doesn't show up on that list,you can manually register it,and it should show up,and then you can check for updates.
