Marques, I do not work at Aerosoft, but the best thing to do is send an email to the following address:

support@aerosoft.com.

I do not know if they will respond tomorrow though, but I am sure they will get the issue resolved asap.

Hello Marques,

yes follows Waleeds advice and write to support@aerosoft.com if your product has been dispatched it then may depend on the elements as well as I know that parcels etc here have been backed up due to travelling conditions being below par.
