everything is see through

i've managed to install the game and get it working etc, but when i load the game up, everything is see though, this problem carries on when i load free play or whatever cars, buses, streets, etc are see through, making the game un playable, i would show a picture, but my print screen button isn't working, also the buses and cars and streets aren't completely see through, the outline is still there, but you can still see through them, please help!
