My first idea would be to close the taxiway to the airfield for a week to fix a broken mains pipe. Sure Andras can do some effect showing the water spouting up. We just need a diversion taxiway. A new way to annoy people is to let hard rock music play in the middle of the night at one of the empty plots. For the next update (which was already sent to Mathijs) I have cut the quantity of rabbits to half, but did not completely kill them. (very hard for a vegetarian...)
