What the heck, I'll take a swing.

The engine appears to have been built by Glenn Curtiss, who was born in Hammondsport, New York.

As for when the engine was built, it looks like it was built around 1908-1910.

If you meant who invented the inline aircraft engine in general, that's usually credited to Charlie Taylor (Cerro Gorodo, Illinois), who built the first engine for the Wrights in 1903.

1. Once again, looks like it was built by Glenn Curtiss (Looks very similiar to the Model K Inline 4).

2. From Hammondsport, NY.

3. As for the year, Im gonna go with 1911.

BTW, this is my first post so I hope this is somewhat close. lol

OK, I think I found it.

Its a 1912-1914 Kirkham water-cooled four-cylinder engine. Built by Charles Kirkham of Savona, NY.

Hello TexXxan91,

Only think, no you are indeed correct. :)

I'll send you an e-mail on how to claim your download prize today.

Hey Shaun,

If its not too much trouble, could you please send me that e-mail again. I don't think I got it. Also, I realised that I didn't have an account set up for the download shop yet. Is that why I didnt get your e-mail?

Thanks. smile.gif
