Bjorn Comhaire 27
Hi guys, It looks like in some installations the INS font has not installed correctly, we are currently looking at the issue and will create a new installer file as soon as we find out why this is occuring. People with issues, can download the font here: Link to missing INS font To install the font do the following: Download the font and unzip the file in a temporary directoryOpen the windows start menu and select "Run"Type %windir%\fonts and press OKNow a window will openIn the "File" menu select "Install new font"This opens another dialog box, scroll to the directory where you unzipped the font into and press OKA list of available fonts is shown, click on the font you would like to have installed (IRS____.ttf) and press OKThe font will now be installedBjörn
Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted February 10, 2010 Aerosoft Share Posted February 10, 2010 It might be there is a easier way, as indicated by Finn just now: Here's a workaround (based on Windows XP folder names): - Locate "Civa gauge font.ttf" in your Windows\Fonts folder. - Move (not copy) the file to a location of your choice (C:\ for example) - Move the file back into Windows\Fonts
Finn 873
Note !! The font is not missing after installation... Due to a Windows issue, fonts are not always installed when placed in the "Windows/Fonts" folder by a installer. Moving it out and then back into the "Fonts" folder runs the font installer.
