Sharrow 107 Posted September 29, 2009 Share Posted September 29, 2009 Try the following in this order: 1. Delete your FSX.cfg file and restart FSX. Any better? If not then: 2. Please remove 4GB of RAM for now. Lets get it running on 4 and you can add the other 4 back in later on. If you are overclocking please set everything to stock speeds. 3. Please read the initial section of Nick Needham's FSX guide and compare it to the install you just did - if you missed steps etc then you may want to reconsider re-installing FSX the correct way. 4. Did you have FSX and Acceleration running fine on this computer before the re-install? Did you update any drivers (GPU, motherboard, DirectX etc etc) in the meantime? BIOS update? I just put the disks in and let them install then updated to SP1 This Computer has been constantly updated. Overclocking - No Running fine before, yes.
