When at Innsbruck I am getting duplicate taxiways. I am assuming this is because I have GAP1 installed also. I have done as stated in previous forums removed all LOWI references from the GAP1 folder, but am still getting the issue. Any help appreciated. lfassam 0 Posted July 18, 2009 Author Share Posted July 18, 2009 Hi Giani There is nothing in the GAP1 file that has any relation to LOWI or Innsbruck. Am not sure what the AFCAD file looks like have never needed to know this. All of the above mentioned files have been removed to a seperate back up file. I am getting duplicate scenery for Innsbruck within FS9, thats what it looks like atleast. Double taxi way lines, taxiway signs in the middle of the new taxiway and duplicate buildings. It is completely ruining the download/scenery. I appreciate there must be a work around and as I am not a computer programer in any way shape or form, nor do I have any knowledge if same, could "support" advise in simple terms how I can use this scenery without having to delete old files with a danger of ruining my set up. Developer designteam 167 Posted July 19, 2009 Developer Share Posted July 19, 2009 Hi, Let me try to say it as simple as possible: 1) in your first posting you informed us that you are using GAP1 (which contains a LOWI-scenery) 2) normally the installer of LOWI checks if the user had installed GAP1 - if the installer detects a version von GAP1 it renames automatically AF2_LOWI_GAP-Team.bgl all other files which are beginnnig with "lowi_FS9.....bgl" (Hint: these files are most likely stored in a unique directory "FSMAIN\aerosoft\GAP1\scnenery") If it is true that all the above mentioned files have been renamed (eg from "AF2_LOWI_GAP-Team.bgl" into "AF2_LOWI_GAP-Team.bak" or similar; the suffix must be changed and must not be "bgl" any more) then the objects which you are describing simply cannot have their origin from GAP1. The only addons which contain Innsbruck (as far as I know) are GAP1 and Austrian Airports. It would be a tremendous help if you attach your scenery.cfg file here.
