wardp 0 Posted June 8, 2009 Share Posted June 8, 2009 Yesterday I placed an order for Flight Keeper 3.01 and everything appeared to go through as normal including the payment from my Paypal account but instead of receiving the confirmation order from Aerosoft I got an email saying Please contact the aerosoft support (order status is not proved)!I have emailed support but not received an answer as yet and also the download I was directed to was for FSFK ver 3.00 not 3.01.How long should it be before I receive that validation key? I'm getting the following message: "Please contact the aerosoft support (order status is not proved)!" Could someone from support check into the status of my order? Shaun Fletcher 570 Posted July 13, 2009 Share Posted July 13, 2009 Hello Dave, I do apologise for the delay in your receiving your key, we have a problem with the automated key issuing service for Flight Keeper at the moment for which we are still trying to resolve.
