Peter Lürkens 30
Pretty much like the Wanaka Race! Red-line flying. That remembers me of our early TWIN ASTIR with retractable gear. Had this in our club from 1972 until a few years ago. I always knew that being originally intended to become jet fighter. Once I flew an old PAX with it and returning to our aerodrome dissipated the surplus altitude in a top speed final down to 100 ft in the downwind andf then pulled up for the base leg again.I had wondered all the time, why my passenger didn't suffer from airsickness at all. Now he said:"That was great, just flying me the ME109 in WWII, could you repeat?" Well, there are certain differences ...Cheers, Peter
Hodge7 0
These are great, its good to see how much they are pushing the limits, I have to assume its is a lot safer than it looks on the videos!Jeff
SlaminSam 0
I don't feel so guilty now flying the way I do in FSX. They must be flying a sailplane version of the weedwacker. These guys are trimming the Sagebrush!!
