Hi Hodge,

In each mission you can expect the same thermals at the same place and time, since the day, start time and weather conditions are predefined by the designer. The same goes in free flight, if you pick the same day/time and weather conditions each time. Even in FSX-multiplayer the players get the same thermal conditions, as defined by the host.
