Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted December 29, 2008 Aerosoft Share Posted December 29, 2008 Gents (ladies), I am not saying we are working on these airports but I am saying that it is nearly impossible in the current climate to get access to these airports to do the images and see the details we need to create these airports for FS. The PR departments just smile and say they get back to me and old friends who work at the airports tell me that getting any official help is nearly impossible. So I am calling upon our friends and customers. If you are able to help us with this we would be delighted. We got 25 cm sat images but we just do not have the frontal images of the buildings we need to make it look good.Again, I am not saying we are working on these airports, but it becomes harder to hide it, lol. wiebe 6
I fly out of Rotterdam a lot. I can at least take pictures of Vliegclub Rotterdam and when I gas up I could take some pictures of the terminal building. Just tell me what you need. Marc D. 0
We got 25 cm sat imagesA question about the "sat images". How up to date are these? Because when you look at the topdown images from http://maps.google.com/ or http://maps.live.com/ they are pretty old.In http://maps.live.com/ you have an option to look in birdseye view and one can see that these images are more up to date compared with the topdown ones.
