Hello Folks, I've recently moved from MSFS2020 to MSFS2024. I've reinstalled through aerosoft One the plane and I've tried to activate it in the EFB.

Unfortunately it reports "ERROR" like the serial (which I've copied from the Aerosoft One through the dedicated button) doesn't work.

I've opened a ticked in the system (no reply yet); do you know if there is a fix/walk around to enjoy the plane?

well I get an error as well auth_003 and it is not for the first time this plane has problems

I bought so much aerosoft stuff in the past years and it was always working flawless. But with this plane and there is always something wrong. Apparently the quality standard is set lower than it used to be.

@rondon9897 if you delete and reinstall the plane most of the time it is working again.

Beware, most of the time (in my case) the airplane is floating in the air and then you have to restart the flight.

After that the plane keep bouncing up and down but it is workable.

For me I'm, waiting for 1.5 or 1.6 because after 10 or 15 minutes msfs2024 is getting stuck. Only sounds play on. Unfortunetely it only happens with the A340-600 so it is really a aircraft issue.
