A340 Cockpit Lighting

I have several issues with the cockpit lighting. I have a number of Airbus aircraft and am pretty familiar with how the lighting works, but with this aircraft I'm having problems with the flood lights being too bright, a light at the top of the overhead panel which is glaring and I cannot adjust or turn off, and excessive bloom throughout. In addition as I move the camera view around the cockpit, the lighting becomes more bright for 1-2 seconds after shifting views. I'm sure there are simple solutions, but the aircraft lighting is not operating like other Airbus products so looking for some guidance.

I am not willing to change NVIDIA settings for this one aircraft. Thanks.
