For guaranteed support, the helpdesk is the only official way to request support -- you can find the support link in the top navigation header. The forum is more geared towards community support.

That said, I don't believe these are raindrops; they're intended to be fingerprints to show a used cockpit.

Tom, thank you for pointing this out. However, is there any chance that you can have an option for clean displays please. In the real world, screens were clean before a long haul flight. If a photo of a screen was taken, then it would also look a bit dusty or show a bit of dirt. However, it would look clean to the naked eye.
