Minor issue

Featured Replies

There is a cosmetic issue in the awesome Aerosoft ToLiss A346, the ATC MSG CPDLC Korry Switch is not backlit in real life airplane while in the Aerosoft ToLiss A340-600 it is incorrectly backlit. This issue is not present in the XP12 version.

I have attached comparison screenshots: the ToLiss A346 panel shows the incorrectly illuminated switch (marked with a red arrow), while reference photos from the real aircraft show the unlit switch (marked with green arrows).

Thank you for your amazing work on this aircraft, hope this helps to make it even more accurate!

Hi, any dev see this forum? No answer? does anyone know if this minor issue was fixed in the latest update?

Well well, I was going to buy this aircraft, but after seeing the responses in this official developer forum—and seeing that other virtual pilots are experiencing the same issues without getting any answers, and pointing out so many bugs—I’ve decided not to buy it. Thanks anyway!!!.

Hi Raul:

just so you are aware that the forum is not the primary means to offical support: our ticketing system is.

All the best to you.

Thanks BenBaron, I haven't bought the airplane yet. I have only watched YouTube videos and I am interested in buying it. That is why I wanted to know if I can still submit a ticket even though I haven't purchased the airplane yet. I would also like to know if you are aware of these reported issues and if my reported minor issue is solved, thank you.

Hello,

Yes - You're welcome to submit tickets regardless if you have purchased a product or not. I'm not sure this particular issue has been identified before, however, so I will log this as an issue internally. Thanks for the images.
