Two problems with SubwaySim 2 on PS5

I would like to report two bugs in the game.

I'm currently playing this game on PS5 Pro. After the last update (or maybe even before that) i encounter random crashes of the game. The game still runs, but the menu is inaccessible and most of the controls won't work. The most anoying part is when you arrive at a station, the game won't recognize the train being at the platform. You can open the doors and start the 'close the doors sequence', but it never finishes (resulting in a constant beeping of the doors, no menu to return to (the button doesn't respond). The only fix is to abort the mission by closing the complete game from the Playstation menu.

The second issue is with the scenario 'Berliner Oktoberfest' where you can't even start the scenario. It let's you setup the train but won't proceed after the second press of 'Einsteigen bitte'

For the bug in this scenario it's easy to reproduce (start the scenario and setup the train).

For the first issue, it's a bit harder as it appears to be random. The game is not freezing, but isn't responsive anymore. No difference when changing the video 'Quality settings' to performance or back.

Same thing on the slim ps5 disc is fine games run fine console clean it freezes time and MENU UI is not usuable i want a fix

I had to restart my simulations 33 times redownloaded the game and it still is the same

Too bad nobody from Aerosoft replies here, as there's no other decent way to file a bug report. The games tends to hang more often after the latest updates (time freezes and same as you're situation the Menu UI is not usable).
