Hello, in my EFB in the A340-600, I can download OFPs from short flights, about 1 hour lfight time. Anything more than that and the EFB will not download the OFP. I have tried leaving it for longer times, even leaving it for more than 45 minutes, yet still nothing happens. Is this an issue anyone else has, or has a solution to?

Can you download your flight info into the MCDU? If not, Check this setting in the EFB:

1. Go to "Settings/Accounts" tab

2. Check if IGNORE AIRAC/AC TYPE MISMATCH is set to "OFF"

3. If it is, turn it "ON" and try to download OFP via MCDU. If this works, you have something off with the aircraft type in the SimBrief aircraft profile OR you have an out of sync AIRAC

This may not apply since you mentioned not being able to download to the EFB but worth a check.
