I just installed the latest Frankfurt with Terminal 3 into MSFS2024 and I noticed I have pink ground textures in two locations. From checking Discord this also happened to other users in the old versions of EDDF. Is there a fix?

I figured it out. It's caused by dominicdesignteam scenery designed for MSFS2020. In the DDT folders they have a folder called MaterialLibs. There is a texture folder in there that is missing texture files. The files that were missing are the same ones used by Aerosoft EDDF, ASPHALT01_ALBEDO.PNG.DDS and ASPHALT01_COMP.PNG.DDS

Seeing the Aerosoft 2020/2024 EDDF contain these files the DDT scenery was causing a conflict. I removed the reference above from the DominicDesignTeam scenery Library.xml for those sceneries and the problem was solved.

MSFS2024 native scenery does not have this folder.

I'm also having the same issue oddly enough. I removed the files you referenced, but my aerosoft still shows the pink taxiways. Not too sure what to do at this point. I assume you used the console to help find your issue correct?

You appear to be right it is something about DominicDesignTeam scenery interfering w/ Aerosoft Airport EDDF, I removed the folders and that seemed to solve it for now.
