Update to 1.0.2 the simbrief function not works

Featured Replies

After updating to 1.0.2, the SimBrief function does not work properly.
I tried many different scenarios, such as starting a new game at a different airport, a different gate, or even at a different runway. The results are the same.

Problem 1
Each time, when I start a new game, EFB will request me to input the SimBrief ID again and again. This ID can not be stored.

Problem 2: This is a critical problem.

My procedure is

a) Use EFB --> SIMBRIEF OFP --> input SimBrief ID again --> OFP LOAD --> DOWNLOAD OFP (this works well)
b) Go to any MCDU --> ATSU --> AOC MENU --> * FLT INIT, this will return an error message "INVALID F-PLN UPLINK", and nothing can be imported to MCDU.

c) Go to any MCDU --> INIT --> INIT REQUEST * Nothing happens.
The SimBrief function for me is not working totally.

It's working fine for me. Are you sure you enter the correct Simbrief ID?

i've also had no problems with this. wonder why you're having issues, maybe uninstall and reinstall?

Thanks, I am working on how this happens as well.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall A340 (1.0.2)
Tried cleaning the WASM folder.
Tried to uninstall and reinstall MSFS 2024
Tried to clean install Windows 11
There is no difference. "INVALID F-PLN UPLINKMicrosoft Flight Simulator 2024 Screenshot 2026.04.28 - 16.02.22.26.png"

This Simbrif import function worked in version 1.0.1a.

Hello, to everyone have this issue, remember to go into DATA > A/C STATUS and activate your second nav data base. This is the newest one from your navigraph subscription. I had the same issue as you guys, and found out, that i had to activate the new database :)

Thanks! Because I don't subscribe to Simbrief, although I know there are many benefits to subscribing, I currently have no plans to subscribe. Therefore, there is no second nav database available for this category.

That fair :) I would check the database that you are using when generating a flightplan in simbrief, and make sure that it matches the one in the plane, otherwises it will give you that error since some waypoints may not be there in a older database )
