I was wondering if the company is shut for a week?

Been trying to get some assistance reference a problem activating my A340 but nobody is responding for a week now…..

I have made a new support ticket now for the fourth time but nothing…..

Not sure what’s going on but it’s not good customer service that’s for shure …..

Hi,

I have checked, and I can see your ticket was in the queue for our IT team, but since the request changed slightly I have just replied to it with a resolution rather than waiting for that team. Thanks for waiting.

I have looked up your ticket and can see it was made just a few hours before this post. As it is an Aerosoft One related ticket, responses from the One team are usually within 48 hours, so you should have a reply soon.
