This might be an old topic, I purchased the CRJ-700, 900. When I started the EFB tablet, I get an error message Simbrief 400 error 400. I cannot upload any flight plans? I reinstalled and still nothing. My Simbrief directory of aircraft also cannot be found in the Simbrief downloader. Thanks

Just to verify:

Can you start Simbrief and create a flight plan?

In CRJ EFB Options have you entered your Simbrief Pilot ID?

Yes, Simbrief will compile a flight plan and my pilot ID was accepted. I will take a photot when I get home tonight to show you the error message.

My mistake, Navagraph and my Pilot ID did not populate to compile Simbrief into the EFB. Thank you for your input. Cheers
